Hello and Happy Sunday Reader!
I am late getting this out today and behind in senidng you updates. My apologies! I just got home from a trip to visit my daughter in Florida. After unpacking and doing some laundry I made my self a high protein pudding bowl to eat while I write this newsletter. What is my high protein pudding bowl you ask? Well, let me tell you about this new super easy favorite snack (and sometimes breakfast or dessert). I order these protein shakes online and I add variations of sugar free pudding mix. After a quick blend in my portable blender, I add it to a bowl, refridgerate for 20-30 minutes and it's done! Sometimes I add sugar free chocolate chips or dried coconut. So easy, absolutely delicious and under 200 calories. Let me know if you give it a try. I know you will love it as much as I do!
